CONSENT TO PHOTO AND VIDEO USAGE

2. SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONSENT
In the course of training operations, competitions, events, and camps, the organizer or photographers commissioned by it produce photo, audio, and video recordings in which the participant may be identifiable. This consent concerns the use of such recordings for advertising and presentational purposes of the studio.
3. PURPOSE AND CHANNELS OF USE
The recordings may be used by the organizer for the following purposes and via the following channels:
4. LEGAL BASIS
Use takes place exclusively on the basis of this consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. For minor participants, consent is given by the legal representative.
5. VOLUNTARINESS
Giving this consent is voluntary. It is not a prerequisite for concluding a contract, for membership, or for participation in training. No disadvantages whatsoever arise for the participant from a refusal.
6. WITHDRAWAL
Consent may be withdrawn at any time, without giving reasons, with effect for the future — informally by e-mail to hello@reflexclub.at or in person at reception.
Upon receipt of the withdrawal, the organizer will immediately cease further use of the relevant recordings and, insofar as technically possible, remove them from the channels named in point 3. Materials already printed, as well as content already shared or stored by third parties, may in some cases no longer be recallable. The lawfulness of processing carried out up to the point of withdrawal remains unaffected.
7. STORAGE PERIOD
The recordings are used and stored until the consent is withdrawn. After a withdrawal, or once the purpose of use no longer applies, they are deleted.
8. TRANSFER TO THIRD COUNTRIES
When published via social media, data may be transferred to the respective platform operators and to third countries outside the EEA, in particular the United States. The organizer has no influence over further processing by these platforms; the data protection provisions of the respective providers apply.
9. YOUR RIGHTS
The following rights apply: the right to information (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian data protection authority (www.dsb.gv.at).
